Plant a Kiss
Students in Mr. Warner’s 6th grade science class learned about the water cycle last week, and this week are talking about simple machines. Students constructed an Archimedes screw to get water from a place of lower elevation to a higher one.
Golden Ticket
Mr. Warner’s Seventh Grade Science students built a Periodic Table of Elements using paper plates, pom poms, and beads. It is on display in the Middle School hallway for everyone to view.
Elk’s Lodge 389
Students in Mr. Warner’s 8th Grade Science class are experimenting with refracted light. Students stood just far enough away from the pans with coins so they couldn’t see them. Once water was poured in, the coins became visible again!
